Marketing Coordinator

ICANIWILL, also known as ICIW, is a rapidly growing Swedish sportswear brand that designs and sells innovative sportswear worldwide. We seek a driven and committed Marketing Coordinator to join our Growth Team. The position will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, including the execution of marketing and growth initiatives in all markets, research, and other projects to drive the ICIW brand forward and increase market share. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends, insights and growth opportunities.
  • Support the marketing team in the development and implementation of marketing strategies.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with local distributors, and other potential partners to enhance market reach and brand visibility.
  • Help prepare and write business proposals, presentations, and pitches for prospective clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful projects
  • Update and manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure all client and prospect information is accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor and manage budgets and expenses.
  • Assist in evaluating and analyzing of projects and marketing campaigns, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Sales or related field is preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Great networking and social skills
  • Confident in interacting with external partners and building relationships, with a strong service orientation.
  • Used to writing simple copy and sales pitches.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of talsks.
  • Up to date with today's Social Media landscape and has an interest in the fitness and gym industry.
